Welcome to Hummingbird House, your Bend home away from home! This beautiful three bedroom plus den home is sure to become a vacation favorite for you and your family! Located within the Deschutes National Forest, this home is in the development closest to Mt. Bachelor and just ten minutes to town. An outdoor patio area features a hot tub, fire table and dining table perfect for hanging out after a long day exploring all that Bend has to offer.

The Deschutes River Trailhead is only a few steps from the back door, and Phil's trail and Rimrock Trailhead, to name a few, are very close by.

The space

Our house is an attached home which is located in a wonderful subdivision known as
Milepost 1. Homes in Milepost 1 are the closest residences to Mt. Bachelor, yet are still
less than ten minutes to town! Since we are so close to Bachelor, you can easily be the
first to the slopes and miss all the traffic getting out of town!

Appointed with all new luxury furnishings, the space is sure to rank highly on anyone's
"best places I've stayed" list. With a large open great room/kitchen, the space screams
for social get togethers with friends and family!

Backyard - Hot tub out on the back patio, complete with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs and
dining table makes the back patio the ultimate place to relax in the afternoon/evening.
Our backyard is shaded in the afternoon, which is perfect in the hot Bend afternoons!

Quiet Please - Please note we are in a quiet neighborhood and we have the utmost
respect for our neighbors. Loud and rowdy groups will not be tolerated. WE HAVE
STRICT QUIET HOURS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD FROM 10PM-7AM. Thank you for your
understanding.

Parking - Please note that there is parking for 4 vehicles (not oversized) on our property.
There is NO street parking. Please do not plan on bringing large, oversized vehicles or
more than 4 vehicles as we will be fined and will pass those fines along to our guests.

Seventh Mountain - We are walking distance from the Seventh Mountain Resort, with a
bar/restaurant and numerous facilities open to the public: Ice skating in the winter, river
rafting in the spring/summer/fall. All of those can be booked through their website.
They also have a disc golf course you can use, as well as a mini kids-dirt track for bikes.
Widgi Creek Golf Course is also very close by and has extremely reasonable rates for a
great course

2 master suites (1 upstairs, 1 down) each have King beds. There is one further ensuite
queen bedroom. Lastly, there is a den/office downstairs with twin bed and trundle.

Laundry - Washer and Dryer in the home, free for your use.
Guest access - Guests will have access to the entire home, minus some locked closets
for owners' personal effects.
